Felt like walking into a dojo run by Spartans 🛡️. Intense instruction, mandatory pace, and not much small talk. During COVID, tensions were high—and being new didn’t help. Still, if you’re after structure, sweat, and no hand-holding, this is where warriors sharpen up. Just don’t expect a welcome mat. 🥋😶🌫️
