Tucked inside a CrossFit spot with that Southern hospitality baked in. One visit, one solid session—detailed instruction, respectful rolls, and no need to peacock. Haven’t seen the new spot yet, but word is they rebuilt strong after the fire. If the new mats match the old vibe? Kai’s already nodding. 🔥🥋💬
