Southern hospitality on the mats 🐾🤝. Friendly crew, solid instruction, and a no-ego vibe. Trained at their old setup tucked inside a CrossFit box—but word is the new facility is 13,000 sq ft of redemption and fresh mat space. Haven’t seen it yet, but I’d bet the pride leveled up. 🥋🔥
