Footwork sharp like a blade that day—caught a little judo flavor midweek, and the instruction was clean and dialed in. Vibe was focused, no frills. Just real reps, light rolls, and a room that knew how to teach without flexing. Kai don’t say much… but when he nods, it means something. 🥋📍
