6AM class. 3 people. No escape. If you're out of shape, prepare to be exposed by the warmup alone 😅. Instructor was sharp, friendly, and laser-focused on back takes. Felt more like a private than a class. Definitely not a social club—but that name’s got jokes 🥷🌵.
